Return or Exchange Policy

At RUE & MAN, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The product must be free from any damage
• No perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any fragrance should be applied to the jacket
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• The product must be returned in its original condition, same as new

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Period

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Requests made after 15 days will not be entertained.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose an alternative item or opt for store credit (if applicable).

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error from our side.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
